Please call customer service (8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Friday) or send an email to eecscent@163.com contact us. Our customer service representative will submit the order for replacing the machine and the return label, so that you can send the faulty equipment back. If necessary, the replacement parts can be returned instead of the whole machine. The customer service representative will discuss specific issues with you.


Please do not dispose of the faulty equipment by yourself to avoid incurring non refundable equipment costs due to your machine.
