We currently do not provide an online fragrance replacement system. However, it is recommended that you send an email to eecscent@163.com Contact customer service or call us (8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Friday) to make a request for changing the fragrance.
Please note that according to the agreement of Yuxin Fragrance (Shanghai), most customers have a notice period. The fragrance replacement fee will be charged for the fragrance replacement request submitted outside the notice period. If you are not sure, the customer service representative will inform you of the notice period.
